hong kong cakes
16th September, 2008

The other day we headed down to Chinatown for some AMAZING shabu shabu at Quickly. Um can you say cheap yummy hotpot? Too bad I forgot to take photos of us eating..I got too excited and just started cooking and eating away, but we’re probably going back there again so photos will come soon! After lunch we stepped out the restaurant and walked approximately 5 steps and sha bought Hong Kong cakes! They’re actually called 雞蛋子 “gai dan zai” but whatevz. Anyway, we then moseyed around Chinatown looking for spectacles and I ended up buying shrimp to fry up with rice for dinner. We ended the night with a poker game at Conrad’s place, where I unfortunately got ooooowned ): and lastly some 4a.m. snack at Moondance where the waiter wins douchebag of the year.
