Carin Wester Reva Bomber from ChristingC.com, Sister Jane beaded sweatshirt from Zooq.com, 7 for all Mankind coated striped cigarette jeans, Pour La Victoire Marcelle bag, Hokk Fabrica Evil Eye necklace, Converse Chuck Taylors
I was asked to participate in the fun 7 ways to wear 7 campaign for 7 For All Mankind that was so successful overseas that they decided to branch out into Asia! How can I say no to anything that has James Franco attached to it? Well actually to be completely honest, I think he’s insanely totally overrated but I AM super looking forward to watching Springbreakers (must be the angelic teenager inside of me that just wants to fuckshitup). For the past few seasons, Franco has directed all of 7FAM’s video campaigns and for SS13, he has created a short film entitled A Beautiful Odyssey that has a cool “choose your own ending” thing that viewers are able to participate in. The story unfolds over a couple of weeks with the film finale revealing itself on April 25th.
Of course I chose the leg lengthening coated striped cigarette jeans in black and white cos a) it’s black and white and b) it makes me “look” longer duh (what do you think?). Wore this out for some Banh Mi greatness on Sunday and since it’s still kinda freezing here, threw on my current go-to Carin Wester jacket from my blogger bestie ChristingC over a new comfeh but fanceh beaded baroque sweater (Ã la Balmain) from Sister Jane care of Shanghai online retailer Zooq.com. The sweater is exactly what I love about basics: take something regular and ordinary like a black crewneck, and throw some pearls and sparkly threads into the mix and you have the coolest everyday but not-everyday black top!
Blog title obviously stolen from a seriously good movie because hey, why not.
And also, my gifs are back (scroll down for a disco worthy one)
Untz untz untz untz okay Bye!
