SEA OF MONSTERS

So here are some of the pics that were used in my Nylon shoot! I just wanted to showcase some of my favourite items in my closet, around our home in Shanghai and my favourite place of all time: our giant bed. I also of COURSE wanted to show off Sumo as much as I could and turns out he is the greatest sidekick and model for interior shots! It has always been a dream of mine (as is everyone else’s) to live in a beautiful home and I’m so lucky that we found a perfect-for-right-now place in Shanghai and someone who shares the same impeccable interior style (heh heh) (like decorate with random trinkets everywhere) as me.

Our plan when moving here was always to take advantage of things in China that we normally wouldn’t be able to afford anywhere else and one major ding ding ding in China is SPACE. Unlike at my home in HK, Sumo can freely run around our apartment like a mad dog as much as he wants with minimal collisions with furniture. With both of us obsessed with clothes and shoes, we are lucky to be able to turn one of our spare rooms into a giant walk-in closet that every girl who comes over to visit is immensely jealous of. It’s going to be hard to move from China to whatever our next destination may be, unless it’s some wilderness outback wide open space bare minimal home, I don’t think we’d be able to fit anything in there.
Sumo does not approve.

GUYS. You know how much I love my Supergas right? I now have two pairs: classic 2750 Cotu sneakers one in all white and one in all black (LOVE). I recently spotted the special limited edition Giles Deacon and Oliver Spencer collection online and am DYING to get my hands on a pair! I can’t wait til I go back to Hong Kong (SO SOON!) so my grubby little hands can see the shoes in person in their Harbour City store! How perfect are those platform leopard ones and the studded REAL snake skin ones! DYING!! DING DING DING!!
