Taipei now feels like it was a million years ago and normally I’m so bad at narrowing down photos that I end up dedicating 3+ posts on one vacation trip but this is just my second and last post on our Golden Week trip to Taipei. It’s been so long that honestly, I’ve forgotten all the details so here’s just a crazy photo post from our TWO trips to the Addiction Aquatic Development fish market. So basically it’s a fresh fish market where you can pick your seafood and have it served minutes after. The most fresh and tasty seafood (and inexpensive for the quality you’re getting) I’ve ever had. If you’re heading to Taipei, you DEFINITELY need to go here and get there EARLY. There are different “restaurants” within the one big market so make sure you go early to get a ticket and line up for your table. We went twice on two different days because we wanted to try the raw seafood bar and also the sashimi bar. There’s also a hotpot restaurant and an outdoor hot stone grill which I was sad we didn’t get to try. Within, there’s also a cute home accessories store and a juice bar and if eating at the restaurants isn’t your thing (or there’s just simply way too long of a line), then you can also just buy take out boxes of sashimi, fresh seafood etc and eat outside on the standing cafeteria-type tables. Anyway there’s just no way to describe how great this place is and you just have to go there yourself to see, feel and taste the delicious fresh seafood.
And finally, here’s my latest episode from #ddtv documenting our Taipei trip! Hope you like it!
